About FOILAT

In recent years, the world's population has been manipulated by the media's bad influence. It is no secret that the international media covers the events in our region in a biased way. This misrepresentation affects Israel's image and creates a negative view of Israel, projecting a false image that is sometimes inaccurate and distorted.

 

The problem arises, when certain communities are influenced by this negative manipulation and may even deny the Jewish state.

 

Therefore, FOILAT is committed to developing diplomatic relations with the Spanish-speaking countries that lack direct information, especially from the political point of view and improve relations between Israel and the Latin American countries.

 

Our goal is to create together with the Israeli Government a lobby, which will contribute to the development of diplomatic relations between Israel and the Hispanic-speaking countries. To create a parliamentary platform that can serve as a source of information and direct link between embassies and delegations working in favor of strengthening the ties between the two regions.

 

We believe there is room for improvement in our relations through this entrepreneurship along with government officials, who will provide effective tools to enrich our work together. 

 

Forum targets:

 

*Identify ideas and technological entrepreneurship of young Jews in Latin America in order to help develop them in Israel, creating the right conditions for this to happen and thus to further enhance the status of Israel as the "Startup Nation", as well as promoting cooperation between the regions in the fields of research and technological development.

 

*Developing connections between different governments to promote diplomatic activity between Israel and the Latin American countries, Spain and Portugal.

 

*To create a strong relationship with the Jewish community in the diaspora, especially with those who are motivated to enhance the image of the State of Israel in the eyes of the media and other political organizations.

 

*Support fully diplomatic meetings with the different delegation

 

*Provide a training platform for workshops, and offer the necessary tools to those organizations abroad.

 

*Be the connection between those organizations and governmental factors who will inform and provide the diplomatic agenda with issues related to current events, for the diaspora representatives that will enhance their business.

 

*Find solutions to diplomatic problems that have not been resolved yet.
